When I dropped off my vehicle, I asked the staff to leave my keys in my vehicle because I would not be back in time before you closed. I was assured that they would. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the keys were not in my vehicle. I had to make arrangements to have my son pick up my keys the next day because I already was involved elsewhere. This was an inconvenience for a problem that I had brought the vehicle in for in April.
