This is my second time taking my vehicle and I enjoy being assisted by Jamie. I like that he is upfront and will do anything possible to assist me. Both times he has kept me updated on my vehicle. I enjoy that he expressed his concern from the findings on my vehicle but liked that he didnt pressure me like other locations I have been to in the past.

Everything was serviced just fine, but there was a miscommunication about what I wanted to be serviced. When asked if I wanted the "fluids" to be replaced, it was insinuated that only the fluids that needed to be replaced would be the ones to be replaced. Instead, every single fluid in my car was flushed and replaced, costing me about $800 more than I had anticipated. Additionally, the initial concern was that the check-engine light was coming on, and after the service was complete, it still came on on the drive home.

I was glad that my appointment time was very closely met. I had a doctor's appointment following the service appointment, and was able to make it with time to spare. I was kind of disappointed that I didn't receive a carwash and vacuuming today as I am getting ready to have surgery and there are some things I cannot do right now. Thank you.
