I’m not pointing fingers at one particular person but I made an appointment for the service because it’s around 50 miles round trip for me. I arrived at the dealership at 7:33 and it was after 1:30 before my truck was done. To top it off, the very next morning when I got in my truck the message “System off to save battery - please turn ignition off or start engine “ popped up again. This was one of the things I reported when I made the appointment.

I can’t believe I was charged $49 to have my own batteries installed w/ pads purchased from you. 5 minute job tops. I also spent $1,900 on other repairs at the same time. This is the reason people say stay away from stealerships.
