Roger has already contacted me. I have my car detailed every six months. Sellers Sexton was the highest on the detailing and probably the poorest job done. Roger is working with me to compensate for the dissatisfaction which I greatly appreciate. Seeger Toyota recommended your company to me and I will be letting them know about my experience. Made appt I believe on Thursday for Monday ref. 2 recalls, oil change and rotation. Dropped off Monday, didn't get back until 3 pm on Wednesday. Reason, didn't make order for recall parts until working on truck. Why wouldn't you order recall parts on Thursday when I made the appt to ensure you have them to fix it on Monday? Poor planning.

I was and am always very satisfied with my experience at sellers sexton and with their employees. Except for the guy picking his teeth with a staple remover at the service desk amid a viral out break that is spread through saliva droplets and things like that. No it was not my service rep but the guy next to him. I work in an area that requires masks, gloves and hourly sanitation via spraying down the facility with **** disinfectants. So I'm not worried but other people might be. So it could be good for your business for your employees to not to touch their mouths, eyes, faces or pick their teeth then touch paperwork, keys or anything else. Again love you guys but these days people are freaking out.

Thursday when I picked up my truck, I put my truck in reverse and the backup screen was blue. I immediately called into service. Donny(I believe) Cane out and told me it was probably just a glitch and if it wasn’t to bring it back Monday. I told him I didn’t think it was a glitch. He said I could bring it back in Monday. I even told him that they had done a recall repair in the tail gate and he still was bring it in Monday if it is still not working because it’s probably just a glitch. I’m a little irritated because I live at Iberia snd it’s not that easy for me to just drop it off. Not only that my backup camera worked when I left my truck and now it doesn’t. I had paid on the phone to be able to social distance and pick my truck up. That was not the customer service I expected.

My truck sat in the courtesy car wash almost as long as my oil change took. Never got washed, had to get my truck pulled around to service desk so I could get on with my day. The oil change service was fine. The service desk gave me a car wash rain check.
