When I first received this recall notice I attempted to set up a date to get this recall fixed along with my oil changed as I was due for. I was told I needed to continue to call back to check with you about a loaner because there was only one loaner available. I understood that HOWEVER I feel I should have been given a call when a loaner were available for me to get this recall fixed. I know I have been told with my past recall that there is only a Mazda tech in the dealership on Mondays. With the hassle and rudeness I dealt with during this time I did not bother attempting to get my car in again until May 4th when I was able to find someone to get a ride from to be able to drop my car off . My car had a recall on the passenger airbag where I informed you that since that was worked on my airbag passenger side will randomly blink crazy for a while then won't blink at all for days at times. This only happened once it was worked on. OK no big deal. This evening I bring my car home from getting this recall fixed and my oil changed and my car is now making a popping noise when I brake or gas. This popping noise is exactly where the front cross-member that was just worked on today is. Now I have to attempt to deal with this again tomorrow when I have other things that need done. I am extremely frustrated at this time. I have 3 kids, 1 of which has health issues and I am a single mother on top of that. I do not have people to depend on. I can not be without a vehicle which is exactly why I continue to take my car to Mazda where I have always been treated great up until these recalls. Please help me resolve this

I will say that service was excellent but a little to good. I brought my truck in for a recall and a tire rotation. When I picked it up my truck had a full oil change done on my truck with out my consent. When I read through my paper work I saw that a oil change was done. Normal wouldn’t be to disappointed but I just change my oil last Saturday with my preferred oil of choice. Your service agent told it was put wrong in the system because simply he said most people don’t get just a tire rotation. He was quick to some one fix then problem by not charging me for the service today. So end of the day just annoyed that work was done on my truck with out my request or consent.

My vehicle was taken care of quickly and Mr Choate explained all that had been taken care of and reported what needed repair and let me know I may bring my vehicle there for the repair! Great! Very knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you
