Everything with the service part great. However my truck is usually cleaned after my service. I could tell that the inside was somewhat vacuumed, but if the truck was run through a car wash, I could not tell. I know it is small, but things like that are some of the reason I drive out of my way to Seller Sexton to service my vehicle. After spending almost $900 on fluid flushes, touchpad update and oil and filter change, a clean truck isn't too much to expect.

Mechanics worked on both sides; this was the third time this truck has been in the shop for the same part failure. Previous work accomplished in Virginia where I purchased the vehicle. Hoping this solves a reoccurring issue. Thank you. Sincerely, John H

James did and Outstanding job in keeping me updated on my truck and met me outside as I was walking up to the Service Department entrance door. I tore my right knee ACL and I really appreciate James going the extra mile to bring me my keys to my truck! Also, Detail Shop did another Outstanding in Detailing my truck. Awesome Job!!

Cost to put on a ignition switch that cost$47.74 and a cost to put it on is way to much. $329.00 for labor!!! Next time will get the part at Sellers and take it to another mechanic that will probably put it in half the time and cost a whole lot less for their labor. Not happy at all for something that shouldn't cost half that much. Again I'm truly an unhappy customer.!!!

My wife picked up the Mazda and I am surprised at what the cost was. We had a battery put in and an oil change(the oil change was all we wanted done today). The battery was installed yesterday. Could you look at what she was charged and see if a mistake was made. I would appreciate it. Thanks---BOB.
