We are appreciative of Tom’s excellent customer service. I was a little shocked by the cost of my diagnostic service on the account that the car had a transmission code and we had not intended to return to Sellers after our last visit due to the attitude of the other staff and aggressive upselling. Our car is still fairly new but our intent was to use a local service aside from the transmission requirements due to the Ford warranty extension for the 2015 transmission problems (which have been a very unfortunate experience and I will not be purchasing another Ford in the future). If we would have known the transmission code was an indication of a bad battery, we would have sought service at our local shop or taken our vehicle to Sakelaris in Rolla. However, the service from Tom and today’s cashier was appreciated.

So far sellers sexton ford in ST Robert has destroyed all stereotypes of a car dealer “right outside of base”. They saved me 1000s in financing at the time of purchase, got me the car I wanted with all features, and took car of my needs when the vehicle needed unexpected services

I Am fine and happy with the actual maintenance but the service department didn’t finish the little things like Wash car, vacuum car or top off fluids. My rear wiper fluid is empty.

I feel when my vehicle was in a couple weeks ago for the same problems on the other side they could have checked both sides at the same time. The extra $99 was unexpected and I feel could have been avoided. Mr Julian lacked customer service skills in my opinion.
