Customer service was good. However, after taking the car in for a check engine light the car does not run the same. After being told nothing was visibly wrong with the car and the diagnostic revealed nothing, the check engine light came on shortly after driving off the lot. Unbeknownst to me I was told there was a FUNCTIONING after market piece that could be replaced (with a Ford piece of course)for 700.00, but still may may not resolve the issue. So basically for $100.00 I found absolutely nothing about a check engine light that is still on. Frustrated is an understatement.
