Michael is always great! And that part of my experience was wonderful. That being said, I don't feel the technician took the time to test drive my truck. If he had driven my truck he surely would have felt the flat spot in the acceleration and then been able to address the problem (it still has the hesitation). My comments in no way should reflect Michael's work ethics. He is great.

I called to make my appointment and was very impressed with the overall experience and the quality of work. Mr. Larson got my F150 Raptor STV into for service in a timely manner. I have been very pleased with Ken Gordy Ford services for my vehicles. I can always trust the service advisor with my vehicles. Highly recommended to all. Ask for Mr. Larson, tell them I told you so.
