Was not satisfied with the reasoning behind the noise that everyones complaining about online. The noise was not there when I purchased the car and now it makes the sound and was told it was normal. Why wasn't it normal when I purchased it. Very unhappy!!!

I have had my Ford Escape in for engine coolant issues on 5 occasions. I have today & the past requested to speak to a mechanic regarding this problem. My advisor said they can’t do that as they are working on other jobs. Honestly, next time I will go to an independent for my service needs.

Chad as always was perfect. The mechanics on the other hand did not meet my expectations. My car was returned with oily boot marks on the carpet as well as oil stains on the drivers seat and drivers door card. To top it all off after installing a new transmission the car is not shifting properly and I have to bring it back to be fixed

I have to resend the car to Ken Grody this Thursday because the indicator light shows that there maybe a malfunction. I hope it is just an issue of resetting the sensor so that it won’t be too long to remedy.
