It was difficult to make the appointment. I had to leave a message for a call back, waited 2 days with no call back. When I called again the operator had to walk over so the person making service appointments would take my call. She seemed annoyed about it all. Had a great check in experience and Chad was very helpful while my car was there. I was disappointed when I came to pick it up. I’ve never had my car serviced where someone didn’t go over the findings when I came to pick it up, things like the wear on my tires or breaks. I kind of feel like $1000+ warranted maybe a little more information. Not sure if I will be back
