I did not like coming back 3 times to get our explorer worked on. The first time I came in for the roof rail to be installed. I waited a hour before I was told they had no parts for my explorer. I made another appointment. This time I waited 2 1/2 hours and was told no one was working on it because they were short on staff. I took my suv and came back 1 1/2 hours and waited until 3:30 at which time I was told it would not be ready today. I got a rental car and went home. The next day I started to call after 11am, 4 different times to see if it was ready, but I could not get a person to give me any information finally on the 5th time my wife asked someone to find out they came back an said it would be ready at the end of the day. Why make any appointments? You have poor communication. A simple job takes 3 visits. This is our only car so I have to sit and wait because I have no way to get home for a 2 hour job. I will start look for a different Ford dealer.

I feel I was charged more than discussed and things listed as customer request were not requested. Communication was minimal and there was no permission for any diagnostic which ran even more than discussed. Due to the extras I was not able to fix the other engine concerns

Things moved a little fast and I didn’t feel I had an opportunity to present a coupon ( sent to me by the dealership) for part of the service. Essentially my fault, but not the greatest customer communication. On their part either.

It is very hard to schedule an appointment. Very often you have to leave a message and then play phone tag when the return call is missed. I’ve tried using your online scheduling but either no one ever contacts me or they finally contact me the day before the date I requested service and by that time I’ve already called because I’m not sure if I’ll have an appointment.
