The unsatisfactory part of the experience was that the parts department did not check the part (wheel/rim) for unconformities when it arrived. So when the car arrived at the scheduled date/time, that is when it was unpacked and discovered to be a flawed part. That required the part be reordered and a service rescheduling. The parts department had received that part two weeks before it was to be installed so there is no excuse in not checking its condition. The service department did an excellent job as always.

I was told at drop off that my bill would be are 150.00. Then I show up to pick up my truck and the bill was 225.00 for an oil change. The service cashier made it some what better but it was still more 150.00, it was 160.00. I get it that the price of has gone up which is why I asked.
