Had my windshield replaced, which only took a couple hours, but a rental was provided for the night. Michael made it it really easy for drop off and pickup. All my needs were met and professionally done at that. So glad I chose Ken Grody Ford Carlsbad to buy my Ranger!

Service people were great but my car is still making a noise when I back up. Had asked that they look at that and they did replace the break pads per recall but the noise is still happening.
