We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Chad Larson. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure everything was good and set. I was satisfied with the service provided by Ken Gordy Ford. My service Advisor Chad Larson kept me updated during my visit. I had to wait a little longer. The only question I have is. How do I know that my tires was rotated? The work sheet doesn't show or noted as completed. I asked how can I renew my service warranty which is due for renewal. Lastly my information is under Mark Agualo. My wife Nadine name is warranty. I would like to speak with someone about my service warranty active.

My experience is Dealership wasn’t that great I sent my daughter for a simple recall and you guys don’t even offer Shuttle or courtesy Uber I’m also a senior master for Ford at Raceway Ford we treat our customers the right way give them courtesy rides for example Uber lifts at dealers expense so we could have repeat customers

I made the appt for 8/3 and got the confirmation email. But when I got there, they told me the appt was 8/9. Even I showed the email, the lady just simply said the system is different and didn’t even give an apology. Finally Other staff told me to find Chad. And thanks to Chad, my car got the service.
