The entire team from the moment I walked on the lot was overly accommodating and professional. I knew what I wanted and from sales to finance they helped make the process smooth and comfortable. Chad was great and all repairs were made in a timely manner. Text updates appear that they come from service advisor and say things like “text me with any questions” but they are automated so adding a disclaimer that they are automated would be helpful. Hire staff to wash cars when car is done. Our car came out filthy and Chad told us they don’t have the manpower anymore to wash cars but continue to bring it up in staff meetings as something they want back. TY

Appointment at 10am and I wasn’t seen until 10:25-when picking up my car I waited 20’ to receive it

Service was good. Was surprised at the price for machining the front disk brakes. Thought I was quoted at $180 in the phone and the price came in at $270.

Chad Larson is the best service manager he takes great care of you and your vehicle Chad lets you know what needs to be done on your vehicle to keep it running great he's very honest and tells you what needs to be done I wouldn't go anywhere else for working on my truck or buying a car Ken grody is the best the and their prices are very reasonable when you get your car worked on I recommend go see Chad if you have any problems with your vehicle it'll tell you what's wrong with it Ken grody Ford is the best
