We were quoted an amount from the Parts Dept & when we came in it was over twice that amount. I called the Parts & Service Dept on 6/5 & left a message, for an appt never got a call back Then had to call again & couldn’t get an appt for over a week. Thanks

Chad was great at acknowledging my brake squeek problem after his team replaced my pads. Took a little longer than I expected but in the end the end Chad negotiated through the problem and provided me with satisfactory service.

Yes On are way to Portland thanks to Mike the truck is running extremely well Handling these big my. Roads seams to be a breeze . Having enough motor to pass big trucks is a dream 31 miles to a gallon is my avg. thanks again . One Happy customer

Overall service was good. The main problem I had was that you do not offer loaner vehicles instead of third party rentals. The rental car I had was terribly maintained (alignment was very off, tires were half bald as if never rotated, and engine was making clacking noises), it was not very clean and smelled bad. Then due to a delay in getting my car repaired, I was stuck with it for a week. I also had to replace my SUV with a sedan, which was inconvenient as well. Being able to get a loaner escape/explorer/etc would’ve been much better.

Greasy fingerprints left on driver's window; greasy fingerprints on the strip by the roof. Several greasy fingerprints on the driver's door. Had to use rubbing achohol to get the fingerprints off the windows. Had to use wax to get the fingerprints off the roof and the door. Totally unacceptable.

I appreciate great service as I was given. It makes me not ever bring my ford to anyone else except Ken Grody Ford and service center writer Mike Mills. Great service and excellent customer support. Ken Grody has the best customer service I have ever experienced I appreciate the team . And thank you for fixing my truck.. I’m happy ????
