Michael the service rep was very professional. I bought my F150 from Grody Ford in 2003... Original owner and always appreciate great and affordable service. Perhaps an occasional DISCOUNT COUPON might be in order. Thanks again .

Mike is so professional that it's like a breath of fresh air dealing with him.He is articulate in his approach to issues concerning my vehicle. Just a great guy to deal with. His job isn't easy either, I see all the angry people that come in for service, these are tough times and Mike keeps smiling and stays professional all the time.
