Cuando fui a servicio de los 60,000 y 70,000 millas tenia un pobrema con los limpiador de parabrisas no salia agua y se los señale en el comentario dentro de la cita para que lo repararan y no lo hicieron ahora lo lleve para que lo repararan y me cobraron $100. Cuando mas de tres veses se les informo el problema y no hicieron nada.

I called back specifically to ask that they please wash the vehicle after the oil change, which is usually done automatically at any other dealer, but I called specifically to ask that this be done, and guess what?! They didn’t. Thanks a lot! What a joke.

When I brought my car in for an oil change on June 1st, my rear breaks were marked at 2mm. When I brought my car in on October 2, my rear breaks were marked at 5mm. This cannot be accurate as I have not gotten new breaks. This bothers me as breaks are a serious thing, and I am assuming that I definitely need new breaks by now.
