I had my 2017 Volvo S90 in for its 30000 miles service and Tim had taken care of my vechicle. Service was nothing short of phenominal! My Volvo is more responsive and the engine runs as smooth as silk. Tim has taken care of me times in the past and I can trust him to get the job done right the first time. Just received my car back after it being in the shop for a week-partly due to the technician bumping my hood while on the lift (which required body repair at collision center) and now my check engine light is on. Very frustrated; lost time from work and inconvenience of having to tow car in and now a repeat visit on another work day. None of this is attributed to Craig; however, I am now questioning if This service department is as good as Don Breyer was.
