Per usual, the service was completely satisfactory. However, I was disappointed when the vehicle was washed, the wheels were untouched. On the other hand, Craig went out of his was to ensure my visit exceeded my expectations.

Tim helped calm a possibly bad situation when one of the other advisors booked me for a Saturday repair that could not be accomplished then. He explained the situation, arranged for a rental car on the night I brought in the car, and walked me through what happened.
