Service was great, communication was very clear and the work was done very quickly.
Tim explained my cars current status very well. The whole experience was very good from the rental car to my car being washed and detailed.
I did not know that the service department closed at 3 on Saturday. They did not tell me this when they called to say that it was ready. When I arrived at 3:30, no one from the service department was there and they didn’t leave my keys with anyone in the dealership. It took the manager multiple phone calls and about 45 mins to locate my keys so I could finally go home. No complimentary vacuum was done and the car wasn’t washed either, though it was raining off and on. The manager was apologetic and offered a detail in the future which I appreciate but this was the worst service I’ve had in 7 years of Volvo ownership. I have always been satisfied with the service that Craig provides, he was my service provider at Don Beyer with two other Volvos I own and has always provided the best service and attention to my concerns.

Tim does a great job of communicating. He is very easy to work with.
I paid for a state inspection and the work was not completed till I pointed it out. Which meant I had to wait even longer. The glue old glue was not removed during the balancing of the wheels.
Craig is a pro and always does a great job.
Tim was great. But I always feel like I am getting had with all the things that need to be fixed and see the cost.
