I waited a long time for service on my vehicle. Apparently, it was said that the service department believed that I was dropping the car off and not waiting. When I inquired about the approximate wait time, I was met with a cool response.

Tim was a pleasure to work with this recent service. We had a check engine light that went on during holiday travel. I arrived at the service center and Tim indicated we needed an appt. Even though the first available appt was a week out, he was able to service our XC90 within 24 hours. After the engine codes were checked, the service was performed and returned within in another 24 hours. I really appreciated the effort given the Holiday.
Obviously I was bummed to have to bring my brand-new 70K car in two days after driving it home, but you guys did a fantastic job on communication and fixing it. So I am grateful for that.
