When coming to pick up my vehicle, not only did it take them a half hour to bring my truck around, but they killed the battery, had to jump it to bring around, didn't say a word about it, and didn't offer to fix or replace it. The battery isn't even three years old and I never had an issue with it prior to bringing it in for service. Someone that worked in my truck either left it on or a door open. Now my truck is dead in my driveway and I am forced to replace the batter after the dealership ruined it!!

Kim was great. Had my car ready as promised. When I came to pick it up Saturday morning (10 Mar) I was surprised to find it wasn't washed and vacuumed as usual. Is that not done anymore? Brought my other cars in for oil changes before and detailing was done. This was an oil change that turned into $1150 for 4 tires and an alignment. No real big deal but I did buy the car from you (used). And Kim wasn't working when I came in.

Lengthy period without vehicle. Reason was a delay due to a power outage that caused three additional days to complete the work. Did poorly with communating the delay or providing a status.

It is unbelievable that I’m still paying such a high amount for a seven year warranty and I have still have to pay for service on the truck and it should be included on the warranty
