Had a 10:30am service appointment. Arrived on time to drop off vehicle. At 12:37pm I received a call they were looking at my car...at 12:46 they said we needed an entirely new engine. $6700. The vehicle needs a crankshaft seal. With parts and labor it’s a $200 fix. Don’t say we need a new engine when your diagnostic tests clearly states no engine issues. Found this out at another maintenance shop when they looked at the diagnostic sheet. Lindsay Chevrolet is a scam. I will be posting my feelings on the way this business is run on every single review site and social media. I paid $135 for a less than a 10 minute look and over a two hour wait.
I brought in my Tahoe for new tires at 7:50 am. At 10:30 am I advised Mr. Bynum that the work needed to be done by 1 pm as I had a 2:30 appointment. At 11:30 am I was advised that there was a problem with one of the machines needed for my new tires. I was then driven home with the assurance that my car would be ready by 1:30. I was called at 1:02 pm to advise me that an employee was in route to pick me up. At 1:30 pm Mr. Bynum called to verify my home address. I was finally picked up at 1:55 pm and arrived at the dealership at 2:15 pm. I had to cancel my 2:30 medical appointment as there was no way to make the appointment on time.
This experience left me very frustrated with how my time was handled.
The dealership has great amenities and a really friendly staff!
Unauthorized work was performed. I don't trust him. Now I'm wondering if the work that he told me needed to be done to pass state inspection, really needed to be done. I talked to Matt Phillips and the situation was corrected, after the fact. I've been a Lindsay customer since 1999. I really don't know if I'll return after this HORRIBLE experience.
Excellent service from beginning to end, ability to schedule appointment quickly was great, polite and efficient staff from the person who took my call to the staff and technicians who worked to fix my car, and a pleasant client waiting space - all part of another positive experience at the Woodbridge Lindsey Chevrolet dealership. Thank you!
Kim is the best at her job
Thank you for the loaner car. I would have liked to have someone go the controls before heading out
Great job, very professional.
Lee did an excellent job on my car. The inspection and the service was completed and I was back on the road quickly.
This was one of the worst experiences i've ever had getting service done to my vehicle's. First I brought my Suburban in to get the actuator fix because the hot and cold air wasn't working properly. 2000 dollars later and the switch still isn't working properly. Then I bring my wife Acadia in for radio repair. Dropped car off Monday just received it Thursday. Wasn't even offered a loaner vehicle I asked for one apparently none were available even though I was there when a loaner was returned. It was such an demoralizing experience. My family was left in a helpless position with little support and a no sense of urgency to get the vehicle back in a timely manner.
Grateful for her curtious patience as we coordinated working through multiple warranties.
Great service and kept me updated about my car’s progress
Very helpful young man . . . and I like his name . . . a born and bred Dallas, Texas girl.
After waiting for 2 hours with a 3 year old and 9 month old, I was informed that the day before the computers crashed and the service my appointment was for could not be done. 2 hours of waiting!
I am always satisfied with the work that they do there I thank them very much and YouTube for helping me.
Thank you, KATHY R
The rep Dallas that signed me in at the front desk was very helpful & I appreciated that he did not try to shove stuff down my throat. Very respectful & knowledgeable.
Excellent Experience, great service from everyone who assisted
