I paid a total of 456.00 dollar today to correct an issue that I had with my vechicle (failure to accelerate). I was told to give it s couple of days. So if the issue corrects itself in a couple days then I will not have an issue. i spent a lot of money todsy and believe the issue should have been corrected. As far as my consultants Mr. Bryam; he was great.
My brand new vehicle has glitches so I called the salesman who dismissed me, didn’t return my calls. I finally got someone to make us an appointment and of course the glitches weren’t happening when we brought it in and the service center sent us home without doing anything. So my USB port doesn’t work because “maybe it’s too much power but I don’t know” and the TVs turn off periodically and I guess we’re just supposed to deal with it. Plan on returning car ASAP.
Very professional experince. I’ve taken my vehicle to Manassas Chevrolet in the past. But after my first service experience with Lindsey, never again! Everyone was polite and very helpful. Will always recommend!!
