Overall I’m not happy and this visit is not helping. Starting with today , I brought my car in and everything was fine and taken care of. Until I realized when I was leaving that no one mentioned to me about my brake light being out. I knew coming into this appointment it was out. As any other visit I have with you guys , I am told that a light is out or needs to be replaced . On top of that when I wanted to speak with a service manger no one was available . I understand I do come in earlier in the morning , but it is frustrating because I wanted to talk to someone about the other thing that is bothering me. A few weeks ago my car had started to become hot. I knew that I needed to put coolant in the car. Not a problem , until I thought about . My coolant should have been topped off on my last oil change , which was about April . I had no coolant in my car , it was completely empty. This is what is upsetting because my car should be getting checked over and the fluids topped off. Now I am in the same position again . Where when my battery was not being checked and the wires corroded. Is my car actually being looked over ? Is the mechanic doing their job, apparently not . I’m very upset with the service I’ve been receiving and seem to continue to receive with this dealership . I bought my car from you guys , I have brought my car about every three months for the oil change and any work needed done to the car. I haven’t even checked my battery because I’m afraid that if it is leaking acid again that it has started corroding. And then I’ll be looking to replace the battery again. If this is not going to change and the mechanic is going to continue to half do their job. I will have to look for another Chevy dealer that I can take my car to.

Very upset with shoddy work! Initial inspection revealed wiring harness had been cut and improperly repaired with black electricians tape. Harness unpluggs so ther was no need to cut it. Harness special heat insulation ehich was peeled back and Not replaced to protect wiring. Main car wiring harness was not secured by retainers on harness. Oil and or grease fully coated on underside of sub frame, transmission and engine. Test drive revealed problem with low speed downshift as one would encounter on slight upgrade and would either slam into gear or chatter before shifting. Service rep next Audra butted into conversation and stated the TCM was new and needed to learn my driving habits. He is an idiot as the TCM has a default shitfting profile built in from the factory. I returned car after test drive to Audra and I will discuss with her further tomorrow. I am no a happy customer.
