The warranty services provided was excellent, that said, the communication from Top - Down is NOT. Promises are made that they will notify you but they NEVER call back, I have to call to follow-up and to stay informed, not only on this occasion but similar on past others. It's always one reason or another as to the why they did not call....
I was surprised to find; after checking out with Jennifer and proceeding on my way home; that the Tahoe failed its tire alignment teat.
Why was this. It communicated to me during the day! I would have liked the opportunity to have the alignment issue corrected.
Now I am leaving for vacation and am considered that the tires will wear improperly.
This is the second time that a similar situation has happened to me with the service department. I am disappointed in the level of quality attention my Tahoe is getting at Lindsay.

Service is very slow from the great to the time it takes for a basic oil change and tire rotation.
Dallas was very professional and my vehicle inspection, oil change, tire rotation and battery install was completed in about two hours.
