It took a week to fix the back on my drivers seat after you had the parts.This is the 2nd time it’s been there for the back rest.
Mr. Adams was terrific! He took care of me as though I was part of his family. From the beginning to the end he kept me informed about everything that was going on with my vehicle. He even provided me with shuttle service, What a guy! Overall good experience with sales and service. I was disappointed in a couple of aspects but overall I’d rate you well. My concerns include question about a specific option on the car, a long wait for finance abd cst prep, and a longer edit for servicing. I was disappointed that you put on 3 new tires but left a 5 yesterday old tire in place. Also the battery in the key fob was faulty and you replaced it’s no charge. Ed Perry was very good to work with, as was your sales manager Mr. Diaz. Audra in service was totally competent and tried to help but she had to leave work.
