Gregory was very helpful and responsive to help with our car issue. Although we were VERY FRUSTRATED with the fact that was NO help on Sunday to get a loaner car once our car was towed to your dealership. We were also frustrated that our 2018 with less than 30,000 miles on it had a bad battery and we had to have our car in service two times to actually get the issue taken care of. We do like GM cars but would potentially look to purchase and service our car at another dealership other than Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge looking for better customer service.

The staff was friendly enough, however the part needed was not in. This was a surprise since I had intentionally come in 8 days BEFORE, told the rep exactly why I needed service and what was wrong, and THOUGHT I had an appointment for repair today. Seems he never even put me on the schedule and doesn't bother to listen to what I told him was wrong. The man, Jay, that I dealt with today, however, did listen and was responsive. He just was caught without the needed part due to the lack of consideration from the first Lindsay employee I had ever spoken with the week before. Not a great first impression, but I'm sure Jay will improve that impression.
