Denis Orr’s was professional and helpful but the service I received from the detail department was unsatisfactory. I paid $752 to have Smartshield applied. When I picked the truck up the exterior was spotted and gritty. I showed Denis and he agreed that it certainly wasn’t clean. When I asked him what was supposedly done he wasn’t familiar with the specific application. My truck was again taken to the detail shop and I waited for its completion. I’ve accepted my vehicle but have serious concerns if I received what I paid for.
I really appreciate working with John A because he is polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the service(s) my vehicle needs. He was prompt in letting me know when my vehicle was done so I could get out of there and was great at accommodating my appointment times.

Dallas is very professional and patient and explains to me the problem with my car in detail. He also pointed out to me things that I might need to have fixed on my car. I would also like to thank the lady which I couldn’t remember her name that helped me set up with a loaner car. She is very polite and professional and did all the paper work within minutes. I also would like to thank the manager, she was very polite and professional and helped me with everything I needed.
