I just pay for noting, the location dealer (lindsay Chevrolet) I choose to fix my truck telling me to take my truck to somebody else. They no look professional.

Could not find the problem and when brought in today when the problem showed up again was told they couldnt do anything. After taking a picture, said they would get back in a couple of days The problem is more than a picture and should have been diagnosed when it was happening. It is a sporadic issue.that effects the sterling wheel controls in addition to the DIC going blank. Brand new car spent 3 hours of time yesterday for nothing and problem shows up today. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided today.
One thing that you forgot was to display brand name of the battery and how many months will it expect to last

My bill said a multi-point inspection was done on my vehicle, however, I was not given the results of this inspection. This is not nevessarily the responsibility of Mr. Tippett.

Horrible coustomer service!! Took 1.5 month to get part and then was wrong size. Got hung up on. Will never use or step foot on again!
Audra Jackson was beyond phenomenal with her customer service and handling of my case. She helped me find a deal/coupon and provided me with reassurance on the waiting time.
Vehicle was dropped off at 10:00 am. It was not completed until almost 6:00pm. Received no phone call during this lengthy process explaining why it was taking so long. I as the customer had to reach out (via text) to service representative to ask for status on my vehicle at the six hour mark. Was told the end of the day it would be completed. No reason was provided as to why. When asked if the shuttle would still be able to pick me up when the vehicle was done, I was told only that the shuttle runs until 6 pm. When I was notified that my vehicle was almost complete (after I called repeatedly), I asked if the shuttle can be sent to pick me up. After almost an hour I called to see if the shuttle was on its way. I was told it was not and that the shuttle driver would be call to get me. This last call was at 5:35 pm. The shuttle finally arrived at 6:07 pm. We got to Lindsay Chevrolet 6:50 pm. Why this process was going on I attempted to call Service Manager Ms. Jackson but received her voicemail. I have yet to receive a callback from Ms. Jackson. I consider myself a patient man but having the customer call the service representative after 6 hours of no status of my vehicle is a bit ridiculous.
Service could have been faster it took 3 hours plus for a state inspection and a oil change
Roberto was extremely helpful and kept me updated on warranty work.performed.... I’m Very pleases with my service and service manager.... Totally appreciate my Chevy experience
