I always have a great experience at Lindsay Lexus service center.
My business was not a priority, as my car was in the shop for two days without a single status update from Chris. The reason for this, I was told, was Friday and Saturday were very busy days. As a customer, your busy days aren’t my problem and to hear that excuse makes me feel unimportant and a low priority.
She is great and updates me as the schedule is coming up.
I have been working with Mike since I purchased my 2014 Lexus and have always been very satisfied with his service. He always goes the extra mile for me as I'm sure he does for all of his customers and it's much appreciated -- outstanding customer service!
