This was the best car service experience that have ever had. I have used Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen and Toyota and none compare. I will not go anywhere else and when it’s time, I will undoubtedly buy my next car here.

I don’t feel like he goes out of his way to make his customers satisfied.He does the bare minimum and does not take the initiative. I ask for a complete diagnostic of my Lexus. To see if I could use my benefits of my warranty before it expires.and I was only given the service ofmy chief complaint. This is the second time I brought my car to this dealer for my motor for windshield wiper to be replaced or serviced. Needless to say he changed my blade on wipers and failed to listen so I had to end up bringing my car back Secondly, I have requested a loaner and it appears that he always assigns me A week in advance to ride in a Lexus but when I call other Lexus representatives they can do it in that week with a Lexus loaner. This is also disturbing.

Mr. Roger Hernandez and all the staff at Lindsay Lexus were superb!!! I am always impressed with the staff and the amenities or customers that are waiting for their vehicles. I know that I should be pointing out areas for improvement, but honestly I can’t think of any. Two words best describe Lindsey, absolutely perfect!
