When I picked up my car, my belonging that was under the arm rest was scattered around the car. I also can hear the noise that was the issue when I brought my car in the first place. I will bring the car back next week.

I would like to first say I always like the coutersey of the service personnel and customer service. But I would like the service person to explain the service done to my vehicle prior to paying. Overall I will still use the lexus services.
