The car didn’t start and there was supposed to be a full inspection done on the vehicle. I found a jump box in the backseat which was obviously used to jump the dart and returned it to services. So if a full inspection is supposed to be done shouldn’t the car starting be a part of it?
Jack has been awesome to work with. Definitely an asset to the service department. Has given by far the best service since becoming a Ram owner.

Should have been a 3 to 4 hour job. Unfortunately it ended up taking closer to 6.5 hours. I had to call into work due to the longer wait time but Staff was very helpful and friendly.
I was given an appointment for Monday at 11:20. I came at 10 til 11. I heard nothing until 3. It was to be a 2 hour fix.... no one called, so I called to find out what was going on. It was vvv hard getting through to someone who could answer if my car was ready. Finally I was told that it wasn’t done... they had to order the part. So they didn’t look to see they had the part before I came in and left my car from 11-3 and they didn’t call me at 11 when they discovered they didn’t have the part. The car just sat ALL DAY while I waited, carless and with several errands I needed to run, as I expected to get it back by 1 or so....WHO doesn’t make sure they have a part ahead of time??? WHO DOESNT AT LEAST CALL when they realize they don’t have a part and can’t fix it until the next day and at LEAST give the owner the option to pick it up and return it the next day???? And the girl who answered the phone... it took nearly 20 minutes to get hold of Nathan .... she tried to get me to hang up and agree for him to call me back. And really. Nobody seemed even slightly apologetic or sorry that all this happened. I have never ever had as difficult a time at Lindsay or any dealership I finally picked up my car today and walked up to the counter I was asked who I was to a very nice helpful young man who got the car right away. There was a red headed young man at the other computer behind the name plate that said he was Nathan. He never looked up. And still no apology.
The sad part is that I have no choice but to come back to Lindsay. My regular car repair person can’t even fix it for me. Chrysler made that impossible. I just expect common courtesy. I did not get it
Asked questions regarding check engine light and repairs that were left unanswered.

Happy with the service on Sat. Not happy with the
circumstantial potential cost risk inherent to repairing the
dysfunctional 120V power outlet in the vehicle.

Unfortunately your service was a joke. I asked the rep to change the front brakes, balance the tires and alignment. After 3 hours they didn't replace the brakes and told me that there is nothing wrong with them. I then went to parts store and bought the brakes and replaced them and now my car is fixed. I don't understand why I had to pay for service that was not completely done by your technician. Worst service I ever received. I will not recommend this location to anyone.
