I assume the service was done correctly. I appreciate the loaner car through enterprise Rent-A-Car. When I set up my appointment it was for 9 o’clock. I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours. I planned my day accordingly. I got a call at about 4:15 PM telling me my car was ready. The booster seat for my granddaughter is in my car. I had to pick her up from school with no booster seat which is against the law. When I asked Victor why it took so long he said they had other cars they had to get in. I said it’s a good thing I did not wait for it. He said if I would’ve waited for it we would’ve got you in. So my appointment was worthless.
Your computer system switched the ownership of my vehicle to someone else, so your on site staff were calling out someone elses name for my vehicle which I purchased at this same location. I was there for over three hours for a oil change, the on s
Ite team were great and very apologetic but I lost half my day to get an oil change
Amir provided helpful communication thru the process.
Jack was fantastic. I appreciate how quickly everything was done and how he kept me updated.
I felt Bradley tried to “up sell” the work needing to be done on the vehicle. For example, I had the spark plugs all changed less than two months ago at the Safford Jeep in Fredericksburg, so I knew they didn’t need to be done like he tried to tell me. Also I was unhappy with his communication compared to the service dealer I dealt with at Safford. The lady at Safford called me at the beginning of each day to give me a run down of the “planned schedule” for my vehicle. I had to call him several times before I got an answer on whether the car would be ready and I needed to know in case I needed to extend my rental. Overall I was not impressed with this dealerships service.
The only thing missing was, I asked for the car to be washed and they "forgot"
Overall very good. Vehicle was finished and parked outside 20 minutes prior to them coming to get me. Simple oil change should be quick. They were very busy today.
very pleased with the service i received from the team at lindsay
The service department got in and out very fast. Everyone was helpful and nice.
Please contact at me personally for multitude of issues.
Team work better then ever every trip to a dealership should be handled with that level of professional care and understanding of what u customers is asking for and what they need done.and special thanks the the service manager who took the time to listen and set a plan in action to get me and my family back on the road with a safe automobile.
Thank you for your good work
Since when did an oil change cost $90.00 for a 2015 Chrysler 200. I picked up my vehicle and was told my car would be brought around to me and waited 20 minutes. I have never paid that much for an oil change and I never will again. At least not there
Jack kept us informed and did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied and the repair was completed successfully! Thanks, Jack!
When I first arrived the person who greeted me asked me what I was there for and I said I have an appt for safety inspection and oil change and he said ok. I then asked him if my car could be vacuumed as well he said yes and pointed me to the direction of my service manager. I told him same thing and if my car could be vacuumed also and he said yes and even asked me if I wanted a was too. I said that would be great. So then I sat in the waiting g room waiting. After a couple of hours I checked out and he told me my car is parked off to the side. It was in the gravel area. So I walk in to extreme disappointment (again-- car not vacuumed like last time) with extra stuff to clean up-- plastic headrest cover/paper mat/green ticket card and a sticky/glue remnant from old inspection sticker and seat sitting way back and low. After waiting there all that time it was too far of a walk back and disappointment to deal with.
If I owned a dealership, I’d hire Amir. I unfortunately don’t recall the name of the individual who checked me in but he was professional and helpful as well. I browsed the lot of vehicles and encountered several professionals. I was addressed by all employees that walked by but didn’t feel bombarded as I have previously felt on other car lots. I also engaged in several conversations with the employees and fellow car enthusiasts who were prideful in the work and service they contribute.
All my life I drive a Jeep and I ????the new thing with Lindsay Jeep ???? and the new owner and all his manegment.
Customer service was awesome. Unfortunately, the Jeep is now leaking antifreeze. I’ve tracked it to the radiator overflow hose. I think I have made the repair. I still need to test it.
