Engine light on, went to auto parts store, code indicated cylinder 1 misfiring, scheduled appointment, came in but light was off, provided code and message but advised no need for any service. A week later vehicle won't start and engine light on again, schedule service, bring vehicle in, battery replaced ($) and advised that caused engine light. Start the vehicle and engine light goes on. Notify staff asking why the light is on. After 25 minutes standing at the desk asked for the vehicle back. Went toauto parts shop, code indicated cylinder 1 is misfiring and they recommend a tune up. I'll be getting the tune up elsewhere. The overpriced battery and "service" charge is my final expenditure at Lindsay. Cancelling service plan as well.

PRICES WERE WAY TOO HIGH. PROCESS AND JOB WAS NOT MADE CLEAR BY VICTOR, THE SERVICE TECH. CAR WAS NOT EVEN LOOKED OVER THOROUGHLY BECAUSE ITEMS THAT WERE RECOMMENDED TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED WERE JUST RECENTLY DONE AND ACTUALLY DIDNT NEED REPAIR YET THEY WERE STILL ADDED TO ESTIMATE. I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. ESTIMATE FOR $1,039 BUT PARTS COST WAS ONLY $159!

I have serious concerns about the methods used to diagnose issues with vehicles. I read the right up by the service technician and it did not make sense to me. I am not a mechanic but I am very mechanically inclined. I took the right up to another mechanic who questioned how what was written could have been diagnosed in the order stated. I have serious concerns about the integrity and competency of the technicians at your dealership and could not in good faith ever recommend anyone take a car there to be repaired.

When I left my car for maintenance yesterday I asked if they can wash it. The person that help me reply absolutely, he called me and said the service was done and they will wash’t. Two hours later I went to pick it up and they didn’t wash it.

Purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass with touch screen radio and navigation but upon trying the radio and navigation it was non functional as well as did not have any sound. We ended up dropping it off to have it fixed on Monday after we had just bought it on Friday, and they said they had to replace the radio but failed to mention that while doing this they would have to do away with the aftermarket back up camera that was fully functional when we purchased the vehicle and even when I picked it up never even mentioned it. When I was leaving i noticed it and had to go back in and ask about it and I believe it was victors boss who then recommended that I buy a new radio an upgrade to one that had that feature, despite the fact that it was already equipped wired and fully functionally until he said he had to cut a bunch of wires out to get the new radio in and wasn’t sure what they all went to, and did not even notice or know about the back up camera until I pointed it out to him in the back of the vehicle. This tells me that he did not trace the wires that he had to cut or he would have known it was goin to be non functional or at least would have known we had one which now makes me wonder what else he had cut out that may end up being needed or wanted later down the road
