Always Great personal service by Kyrin Ramey. Bought my car there in 2005 and it has never been touched for service any where else . I live in Springfield but will always come there for my service on the 2005 Chrysler 300 & my 2005 Dodge truck that was also purchased there. Thank you for the excellent treatment over the past 30 plus years.
I came in for a complete 40 k Mile maintenance. I have the top maintenance package that I paid for at purchase of my Jeep. I was advised not to do anything other then oil change or I would run my plan out faster then I needed to. I then get a report of the inspection of my car which needed several thing done including tire rotation which I asked for and the report says I declined all these things. I am very upset. I counted on this service department to tell me what and when things needed to be done since all this was pre paid for. I normally only bought a Honda and they always kept us in line with the recommendations for maintenance. When I picked up my car I was then told my maintenance plan ended at 50 k miles so I have pretty much paid 2,500 for oil changes.
Couldn't ask for better service and appreciate keeping me updated.
Received service for an oil change on my dodge journey on 4/28/2018. Today, 4/29/2018 the engine and oil light came on as I was driving with my family to my son's soccer game. I had to pull over on 234 only to find that there was barely any oil in the dodge. I will be arriving bright and early to Lyndsay to discuss this further.

Amazing ! The owner and Brad in service was so nice and polite . It was a saturday and my new Jeep had failed when the battery left me stranded. Adam was willing to do the diagnostic testing and get me back on the road . They even cleaned my Jeep ..

I am a new owner of a Jeep Cherokee from Lindsey Jeep and the service I had was quick and excellent. I’ve lived the last 30 years in the “Motor” City and have had many Chrysler vehicles and by far Lindsey’s service when I bought the Jeep as well as the service for my oil change and now tgecSyate Inspection all were excellent. Después de llevarlo a servicio el carro empezó a mandar señal del aceite en el tablero del carro "cambio aceite vencido"
Pedo lavarse el carro y lo hicieron sólo por fuera no lo limpiaron por dentro y desde entonces no aparecen unos audífonos con bluethoot que traía en el carro
Pedo checaran la llanta de la parte trasera del copiloto porque se baja frecuentemente encontraron un tornillo incrustado en la llanta y la verdad el precio que me cobraban por repararlo era excesivamente caro supuestamente tengo plan de cobertura para todas esas cosas y me quieren cobrar esos cargos no se de que se trata
