Mr. Herman is ALWAYS a great help and a pleasure to work with. All of the employees I have encountered are kind and willing to help if they can.
Poor communication regarding the status of the vehicle and very difficult to contact anyone at the dealer. No response to my texts and voicemails. I had to find alternative transportation at the last minute yesterday. Today, after multiple calls I finally got through to someone and was informed the car was finished. The repair order indicates it was finished yesterday.
Jacob was awesome. He was personable and explained everything. I appreciate his attention to detail.

I was very satisfied with the repairs and the initial gentleman that I spoke with when dropping m car off. When I went to pick up my car a different gentleman helped me but was short with his tone and was a little abrupt with the people in front of me.
Thank you for bringing up all the issues with the vehicle. I have bad experiences with the shops. Still looking for trusted people. Hoping this is the one that i can rely on to take care of 2 Volkswagen just recently purchased thinking that this transportation is reliable.
Love coming to Lindsay VW. I always feel well taken care of and know that my car is getting the best service. Pete was great and helped get the car fixed quickly after an accident. Really appreciated him arranging a rental car while the car was out of commission.

I have always had great experiences in the past but I dropped my car off yesterday morning after calling the day before to confirm it was ok to do so and they never even took my car back to look at it. Apparently they were very busy but it was very disappointing that they couldn’t look at my leaking sunroof before the rain started again today and they didn’t bother to let me know they didn’t have time until I called at 4:30 to say I needed to pick it up and they called back at 4:45 to say they hadn’t done anything. Very disappointing.
I have been really impressed with the entire team at Lindsay, particularly the Service Dept. Marco was excellent and connected with me on my GTI since he also has one. He made some great recommendations for me and was really friendly and personable. I really like working with everyone there.
Pete is my go to guy, 5 VWs and 6 years later, still the best service advisor. I go to Lindsay because of Pete!
Laura was cordial, albeit hard to get ahold of at times. All in all a good experience.
