The service is usually impeccable. Today however, when I stopped to get gas after leaving the dealership with my car, I noticed that the two front rims were covered in some type of beige residue. It was around the edges of both rims. It appears to be something the techs used to install the tires. It was very unsightly. I was surprised the techs dint clean it odd before returning the car to me. I thought a complimentary wash was standard.

I dropped my car off for a 9:30am appointment and at no point did anyone reach out to me. I called at 1:00 to see where my car was and they said they were currently working on it and would call back soon. 5:00 comes and I still hadn’t heard anything. I called multiple times and no one could tell me anything. I had to drive to the dealership to actually check on my car and then it still took about 45 minutes to get an answer which was that my car was done. One of the two issues with my car was not able to be fixed. I was told someone would call me the next day to arrange another appointment where I could drop my car off and get a loaner for a few days so they could thoroughly address the situation and yet I did not receive a call.

When the mid-service (less than 25K) was completed, Jacob informed me that there was a nail in the tire and stated Lindsay could replace the tire for $210.00.. When I asked which tire had the nail in it, he was not confident in his response stating it was the “right rear” and would discuss with the mechanics. Upon return, Jacob stated again it was the right rear and said the mechanics spray-painted the tire with the nail in it. Upon leaving Lindsay I immediately went to a local tire shop less than a mile from the dealership for patch and repair. Upon inspection the mechanics at the local tire shop informed me that none of the tires were spray paying and actually it was the right front tire that had the nail. I am disappointed with Jacob and the mechanic for providing inaccurate information.

I made a Appointment online and I arrived on time for that appointment. Was told one hour 45 minutes. I did tell him that I was going to wait for the car. However there was no follow up with me as to the car taking longer than usual. It isn’t my job to go find out about my car timeline that is the responsibility of the service professional to inform me. Communication is key to a happy co and I purchased my car from Lindsay. I didn’t even get the car color thatI wanted due to someone selling that car after we had agreed on buying it. And yes it was in the book saying that the car was no longer available. So I haven’t had a good experience and makes me wonder why I Purchased the car that was a second choice in the color that was agreed too. What I should have done was just gone to Sheehy Volkswagon and got the color that I wanted. But the reason why was the good customer service that Lindsay has. But so far I haven’t seen that so called customer service.

You continue to perform the simple tasks. We have asked for a call when the vehicle was ready and we never receive a e-mail or phone call. It is a such simple action that can be automated and this is the 3rd time it happens
