This was my first visit to the service department at Fiat Bob Baker Carlsbad location. I was surprised at the level of customer service provided compared to my prior experiences of over 11 years visiting Bob Baker Subaru/VW. Upon arrival at the Express Service, I felt uncomfortable and was basically told that I would have to wait over 2 hours for an oil change, suggesting I go away and come back another day. Regrettably it was my only day off of work so I asked for a shuttle to the Outlets due to cold and windy weather. The service agent laughed at my apparently outlandish request and implied I could walk. After 2 1/2 hours of walking and waiting with no update, I walked back to find out the service was still not completed and I should wait in the lounge and not interrupt some important business he was conducting. It seemed like everyone left early and I was more of an inconvenience to the service manager. The car service was completed, but the care of the car and level of service was far below my expectations and inferior to the service at the other Bob Baker location where they treat clients and vehicles with respect. I will never visit this location again and will not even consider purchasing another vehicle at Fiat Bob Baker Carlsbad.
John and the whole service team at Bob Baker were wonderful! My car has never felt this good to drive before. I’m never going anywhere else! ????

John did an excellent job. immediately after the pool change, John diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
Service department was excellent but the rental car company that supplied the loner car was horrible. They were going to charge me six dollars a gallon for half a tank when I brought the car back full. I will never use them again. Coby was very nice to deal with in service.
John was very hospitable!
I was disappointed that it took months to get my warranty work completed.
