Jerry Nepperman was very helpful and friendly. I will request him for future service on my vehicle. ???????????????? Staff were polite and respectful; the customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the coffee options, cold drinking water, and the detailed inventory of services provided. The final cost for an oil change and a replacement cabin air filter remained high ($247.21) even after my discount coupon ($35) was applied.
