When I arrived at service the person that greeted me gave unclear instructions if I’m supposed to wait in the car or get out to the office as this was my first time. The Individual walked away then and after a short moment of no one coming I went to the office and again no one gave instructions or asked if I needed help until Jason Goldman came out asked if I’ve been helped. When he found out what happened he was so helpful and very kind. He made the whole process a breeze and gave exceptional customer service.
I’m still waiting for my warranty documents to be sent my way.
I didn’t like receiving texts from different people with the same number, I would get confused and who was trying to communicate with me.
The sales people were friendly. Just a bit of miscommunication.
