Brian is a good and conscientious advisor. He is also a professional, better than some of the clueless goofy new hires you’ve made. I know getting good help is tough, but some of them should not be in customer facing roles, whereas Bryan is good at what he does.

Feedback is not for Gayle, but for the program you use to track information. I've received calls asking to set up an appointment after I already had one set up. I received a text stating that they would let me know when my car was ready after I had already received a call stating that my car was ready. Lastly, I received a text 2 days after I picked up my car stating that it was finally ready for pickup. Again, Gayle did great, this is not about her. This is strictly about your system.

Austin was consistent in his communication and despite the longer repair time, I appreciated the updates. What also made this experience less impactful to our family was the dealers ability to loan us a vehicle. It made this time without the van more manageable. We will continue to service our vehicles here!

My car was brought in with a shifting issue. This is not the first time we have experienced this. The first time we experienced this, we brought it in and the problem could not be replicated. We shared videos and explained, but nothing could be found. The next time this happened we brought it straight to McGrath and waited for a technician to drive in the car. He felt the sever shifting issue and wrote up the report. When it was time to analyze the car to fix it, they could not replicate the problem. The recommendation was to just bring it in next time it happens. I explained that is what we did this time and nothing was fixed. I now have a car that we don’t trust driving, scared to drive it far distances and do not have the money to trade it in. Not very happy with my first Honda experience, probably the last one I will own.

Great communications. Due to a shipping delay my car was in the McGrath service garage for a number of days and Bryan gave me an update every day. Very happy with the whole experience.
