I had to bring my car back within 24 hours of picking it up after a $5500.00 repair bill. I do not yet feel secure in the repair. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. Jury is still out on the repair job.

Kevin has been great to say the least. His attention to detail and professionalism are outstanding. I have had the pleasure of Kevin being assigned to me a few times before and every time his customer service is impeccable. Mike Castro is also a great person and an asset to the service department. I purchased my vehicle from your location and have decided to service it there as well. Hope to keep coming back even thought I live in the NW suburbs.

Bill is incorrect. I was never told that only 1/2 my requested service was completed and the paperwork provided that shows what work was done was wrong. This complete visit was a mess up. Extremely poor service from your entire team. Start to finish. I am still waiting on a call back. It is currently 1:05pm. Requested call at 10:55 am.
