Oil & Filter change was service performed. On my way home, I stopped to check dip stick oil level. It was just below low indicator. I returned to McGrath, showed Dan low oil level. Vehicle was returned to Tech and oil was adjusted to proper level. Dan resolved issue quickly and was aplogigec.

Daniel was above helpful in explaining everything done. He was courteous above and beyond THANK YOU DANIEL for helping me up out of my chair and having them park in the garage to limit the distance I had to walk. I am handicapped and walk very slowly with a cane. I could not have had a better experience.

You advertised the car at $40,000. I agreed to pay $40,000 for the car plus the cost of the repel paint. I did not add any additional services to the vehicle but the cost of the cash price of the car on the contract was listed at $46,445.84 which includes $2,050.84. Meaning I was charged almost 10% more than what was advertised and agreed to with the sales rep. I asked the finance person if the car was $40,000 plus the repel and he said yes. That was a lie. I want a new contract the honors the advertised and agreed upon price.
