I was satisfied with the work that was performed; however, I would like to make recommendation. The Honda associate that I was working with did an inspection of the exterior of vehicle when I pulled into the service department. He put his fingers into the threads of the tires. He should have been like they are kind of low. Let me get a quick reading of the depth of the thread just by using the penny test which was advertised on the monitors in the service department. If I had known that they were low, I would have skipped the tire rotation as I'm in need of new tires since they were at 4mm. I'm not concerned that I wasn't $35 for the tire rotation, but it would have saved me and the service department time. The Oil change could have been done in like 25/30 minutes, instead I was there for about 2 hours. I would appreciate it that if the associates are doing an inspection of the vehicle there concerns should be relayed to the customer prior to the service team working on it to save time.

David was super helpful he updated me on a regular basis about my car. My car had a very concerning problem but David did an excellent job.
