Daniel, was very professional, he explained everything he did in detail, on what he did, to my vehicle, u was not aware, that your service department, was open all night,? That makes it very convenient, for me to have my vehicle serviced, thank you for that, Daniel and night manager, made it easy for me to have my car serviced, without waiting very long, Excellent work. Keep up the good work.

Great service result. Were advised of service time required to complete required service for our two vehicles. Both vehicles were completed on time and received back in perfect condition! Just as they have been for the past 25 years!!!!! Keep up the great work and continue to hire excellent employees.

At the time of signing of the contract I realized that “extras” had been thrown in and charged to me without my knowledge of any cost. I would have paid almost $6000 more for items I didn’t request or agree to pay if I was unwilling to take the time to continue to go back to the contract and find the items myself (twice). When I said I didn’t want certain things it was portrayed as though I needed to have some of those items and he couldn’t believe I was passing them up. Well, if everyone had been honest and was willing to charge fair prices for at least one of the items (warranty) I would’ve considered it. The entire financing process left a bad taste in in my mouth. You guys are sneaky, luckily I know how to add. I’m still waiting for a call to have my car ozoned to get the smokers stench out.

To be honest, I was at another Dealer, prior on finding you, I did not feel the same when I walked in, like I felt when I visited your dealership, I had someone greet me immediately, ask how they could help me, the salesperson who took care of me, was very professional, and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and helped me select the vehicle that I bought, my hat of to your team, for making me feel comfortable, and not making me feel pressured, I had a good experience.
