I have had my car serviced 3 times since I purchased it and each time they have never removed the plastic and paper they use to protect my seat or have they reset the oil check on the screen. Just a inconvenience

Was charged a diagnosis fee when all technician did was cut 1 zip tie. I feel I shouldn't have been charged diagnosis fee. When arriving to pickup vehicle, service was horrible. I wanted to speak with technician and service advisor but she was nowhere to be found.
